Pricing questions
What counts as an automated conversation?
Any conversation your AI assistant handles from start to finish without staff involvement. If a conversation is escalated to a team member, it does not count towards your limit.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will help reconfigure your workflows if your new plan has different channel limits.
What happens if I go over my conversation limit?
Extra automated conversations cost $0.20 each. You will see your usage in real time and can set alerts so there are no surprises.
What is included in onboarding?
Our team connects your messaging channels, configures your workflows, loads your approved knowledge base, tests everything, and launches. The fee covers the implementation — you do not need technical skills.
Are there additional costs?
WhatsApp, SMS, and AI provider charges pass through at cost. Custom integrations or workflow changes beyond your included scope are available at $150 per hour.
